Non - Conformance Report

NCRs are documents used to record instances where materials, processes, or workmanship do not meet specified standards or requirements. These reports detail the non-conformance, its cause, and any corrective actions taken to address the issue.

Pouring

involves the process of delivering and placing concrete or other materials into a designated area, typically for construction purposes such as forming foundations, slabs, or structural elements.

Demolition

Demolition involves the systematic dismantling or destruction of structures or buildings, either partially or completely, to make way for new construction, renovation, or redevelopment projects.

Dry/Wet Finishing

Dry or wet finishing refers to the techniques used to smooth and texture surfaces of concrete or other materials after they have been poured and before they fully set. Dry finishing involves using tools like trowels, while wet finishing involves spraying or applying a liquid solution to the surface.

Framing

Framing is the construction of the skeletal structure of a building or structure, typically using wood or metal studs, beams, and joists. This framework provides support for walls, floors, and roofs.

Stripping

Stripping in construction typically refers to the removal of formwork or molds from poured concrete once it has sufficiently cured. This process allows the concrete to fully set and harden while maintaining its shape
